The Wing Chun Collective was created by three dedicated martial artists, combining over 120 years of Wing Chun experience. Together, they provide a teaching environment where traditional authenticity meets modern understanding, helping students of all ages and abilities achieve their potential.
Our Instructors
Sifu Steve Woodward – A passionate traditionalist whose Wing Chun journey transformed vulnerability into mastery. Steve’s experience demonstrates the transformative power of consistent practice and dedication.
Sifu David Akroyd-Jones – With a background in sport and exercise science, David specialises in biomechanics, physiology, and mental focus. He helps students understand structure, efficiency, connectivity, and mindfulness within Wing Chun, while showing how the art improves health and wellbeing.
Sifu Simon Moore – Serving the Welsh community, Simon demonstrates how authentic Wing Chun can flourish beyond the training hall, showing the life-changing benefits of the art across the UK.
